Description

You will architect and build scalable digital experiences using Sitecore XM, XM Cloud, and headless frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Sitecore XM/XM Cloud architecture using headless approaches like SXA Headless, JSS, and Next.js.
• Build reusable components, templates, and content models to support enterprise content needs.
• Implement Sitecore AI Essentials for content automation and optimization.
• Enable personalization via Sitecore Personalize/CDP, managing experiments and A/B testing.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub to ensure secure, scalable environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Sitecore XM, XM Cloud, and AI Essentials.
• Strong proficiency in headless front-end technologies: React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Backend development experience with .NET and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Front Door/CDN, Key Vault).
• Deep understanding of content modeling, taxonomy, workflows, and governance.
• Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with headless implementations and enterprise integrations.
• Experience migrating from other CMS systems to Sitecore.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sitecore Search or Content Hub.
