Description

Lead architecture and implementation of complex business applications from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead application development teams of 8+ members through the full software development lifecycle.
• Translate complex business requirements into logical, incrementally deliverable technical pieces.
• Partner with Product Owners to drive technical strategy and work sequencing.
• Implement and teach application development best practices and patterns across the team.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application architecture and implementation.
• 5+ years of experience leading application development teams.
• 5+ years of experience developing large-scale, complex business applications.
• Expertise in .NET Core and C#.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience with Sitecore.
• Hands-on experience with React and Node.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and Kafka.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
