Description

You will manage the IAM access infrastructure and ensure the availability and performance of application bundles across INT, VAL, and PROD environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage IAM access infrastructure to provide user access across group applications.
• Maintain operational conditions (MC0) and monitor systems in real-time using implemented supervision tools.
• Handle incident management, including qualification, resolution, and user communication.
• Support major incidents by following the MIM IAM process and assisting with problem-solving.
• Draft and update production documentation, including simplified operating procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM roles with expert L3 SiteMinder expertise.
• Proficiency with Reverse Proxy, OpenID, OAuth, and SAML.
• Hands-on experience with Kerberos.
• Experience in RUN and MC0 management (Incident, Change, Request, Problem, KB).
• Ability to perform system upgrades, migrations, and vulnerability security management.
• Experience with automation, analysis, and RUN monitoring.
• Any Graduate degree.
