You will administer, secure, and optimize the enterprise Slack environment while building automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Slack for enterprise-scale environments, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Develop governance frameworks for managing workspaces and enforcing enterprise policies.
• Build and deploy Slack-based automation using APIs, bots, and AI-driven solutions to enhance collaboration.
• Integrate Slack with enterprise applications, internal systems, and third-party tools.
• Monitor environment performance and continuously optimize collaboration workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise Slack administration, including security, compliance, and governance.
• Strong experience in Slack API development, automation, and bot development.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python or JavaScript.
• Experience integrating Slack with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of API design principles and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience implementing automation solutions within collaboration platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing AI-driven automation within Slack.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT security and compliance frameworks.
