Description

You will design, implement, and optimize Slack as the organization's primary collaboration platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and administer Slack workspaces to support organizational needs.
• Integrate Slack with enterprise applications, including Salesforce, Google Workspace, and O365.
• Develop automation, workflows, and bots to enhance team productivity.
• Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance policies for Slack usage.
• Train users and drive platform adoption across various teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in collaboration tools.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Slack.
• Strong knowledge of Slack APIs and Workflows.
• Experience integrating Slack with Salesforce.
• Experience integrating Slack with Google Workspace.
• Experience integrating Slack with O365.
• Practical knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance within Slack.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into Slack solutions.
