Description

You will own the administration and development of enterprise Slack environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer Slack environments focusing on security, compliance, governance, and workspace management.
• Develop and deploy Slack integrations, bots, and workflow automation solutions.
• Manage Slack channels, roles, permissions, auditing, and compliance controls.
• Lead cross-functional IT, security, and engineering projects from start to finish.
• Create and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and workspace standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise Slack administration.
• Strong experience with Slack APIs, app development, bots, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Hands-on experience building Slack integrations with enterprise systems and third-party tools.
• Strong understanding of API design principles, authentication, and webhooks.
• Experience creating governance frameworks and policies.
• Experience deploying and maintaining automation scripts and agents.
• Expertise with Python, Javascript, Bash, HRIS, ITSM, and APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Slack Enterprise Grid and knowledge of DLP/eDiscovery.
• Familiarity with implementing AI-driven Slack automation and agents.
