Description

You will own Slack migration projects, acting as the Subject Matter Expert for collaboration platforms and cloud services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage workspace configurations, user provisioning, integrations, and governance within Slack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition and adoption of Slack and other tools.
• Develop and maintain scripts (Python, Shell, PowerShell) to automate repetitive tasks.
• Monitor system health and streamline onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Slack integrations, data migration, and user experience.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in IT operations, DevOps, or collaboration engineering.
• Proven Slack administration and integration experience, including Slack APIs, workflows, and bots.
• Demonstrated success in migration projects involving cloud collaboration tools or enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of JSON and YAML formats.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Slack administration or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and automation platforms.
