SLM Data Lead

You will lead data strategy and execution for large-scale S/4 HANA migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business data validation strategies using tools like BODS and LTTV.
• Drive data-related initiatives including migration, ETL, data cleansing, and archiving.
• Support planning and execution during cutovers and dress rehearsals leading to production.
• Manage development and testing activities for master and transactional data.
• Align cross-functional teams and business functions to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data-focused roles.
• Deep knowledge of SAP MM modules and SAP tables.
• Proven experience with S/4 HANA data migration in greenfield or brownfield environments.
• Expertise in SAP Data modeling for both Master and Transactional data.
• Hands-on experience with data migration tools such as BODS and LTTV.
• Strong data engineering and data modeling capabilities.
• Proficiency with SAP Products and Service Lifecycle Management.
• Ability to apply Statutory Accounting Principles within SAP.
• Strong analytical skills for managing large datasets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing end-to-end data cutover processes.
