Description

You will maintain and develop systems using Smalltalk expertise in a remote capacity based in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain code using Smalltalk at a Level 4 proficiency.
• Manage source code using Envy, GIT, and Harvest.
• Operate and maintain systems within Windows Server environments.
• Support integration with mainframe systems and web services.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Smalltalk experience.
• Proficiency with Envy source code management tools.
• Experience with GIT version control.
• Experience with Harvest source code tools.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Mainframe systems knowledge.
• Experience with SOAP web services and RESTful API microservices.
