Description

You will implement and maintain mission-critical communications within the on-premise SmartCOMM platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement CMS-mandated communications based on specific client requirements.
• Develop and test dynamic content rendering and variables within the legacy SmartCOMM environment.
• Support urgent letter and regulatory communications using the existing SmartCOMM system.
• Act as a developer and QA hybrid to ensure accurate content delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Smartcommunications and Advanced Template Designer.
• Experience working with the on-premise SmartCOMM platform.
• Familiarity with healthcare-related regulatory communications.
• Ability to work with legacy systems (20+ years old).
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
