Description
Design and implement Smartsheet solutions to support business unit needs. Own the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to user training.
Responsibilities
- Develop Smartsheet templates, workflows, dashboards, and reports based on stakeholder requirements.
- Analyze existing business workflows to identify and implement process improvements using Smartsheet features.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports to deliver actionable data insights.
- Automate data workflows using Smartsheet APIs and third-party integrations.
- Document business requirements, process flows, and solution designs while training end-users on platform functionalities.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- 1-2 years of direct experience in Smartsheet solution design and development.
- Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, including templates, reports, dashboards, forms, and automation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and business requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience in project management and business process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Smartsheet APIs and experience with data integration tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
