Description

Design and implement Smartsheet solutions to support business unit needs, owning the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to user training.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Smartsheet templates, workflows, dashboards, and reports based on stakeholder requirements.
• Analyze existing business workflows to identify and implement process improvements using Smartsheet features.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports to deliver actionable data insights.
• Automate data workflows using Smartsheet APIs and third-party integrations.
• Document business requirements, process flows, and solution designs while training end-users on platform functionalities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• 1-2 years of direct experience in Smartsheet solution design and development.
• Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, including templates, reports, dashboards, forms, and automation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and business requirements.
• Experience in project management and business process improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Smartsheet APIs and experience with data integration tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
