You will design, build, and optimize complex Smartsheet solutions for business-critical workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize complex Smartsheet solutions for business-critical workflows.
• Enhance and scale existing Smartsheet ecosystems already in production.
• Build and manage scalable programs using Smartsheet Control Center (v2).
• Develop advanced Smartsheet formulas optimized for accuracy, performance, and scale.
• Implement and manage Data Shuttle, Data Mesh, and Dynamic View for complex data flows and role-based access.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience as a Smartsheet power user to expert.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-level Smartsheet implementations.
• Direct, hands-on experience with Smartsheet Control Center (latest version).
• Deep understanding of Smartsheet formulas and platform limitations versus Excel.
• Experience using Data Shuttle, Data Mesh, and Dynamic View in production environments.
• Background in consulting or solution-oriented roles (not end-user only).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and usability across interconnected sheets.
