Description

You will manage the administration, maintenance, and user support for the Smartsolve e-QMMS platform.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Smartsolve platform to ensure continuous system availability and performance.
• Provide direct user support and troubleshoot technical issues for the e-QMMS.
• Maintain system integrity by performing administrative tasks and configuration updates.
• Resolve technical problems through proactive diagnosis and effective solution implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience working with the Smartsolve platform.
• Proven expertise in Smartsolve administration, including configuration and maintenance.
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Ability to manage user support requests efficiently and resolve issues promptly.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
