Description

Manage the migration from legacy ITSM tools to SMAX and serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute all administrative duties required during the SMAX migration.
• Own the implementation process and resolve related technical tickets.
• Train employees and contractors on SMAX usage and general deployment.
• Serve as the technical SME for the organization regarding the platform.

Required Skills

• Administrative experience with Service Manager for IT (SMAX).
• Practical experience with ITSM tools.
• Experience managing tool conversions or migrations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective user training.
• Ability to communicate technical deployment processes to non-technical stakeholders.
• Any graduate degree.
