Description

You act as the technical and functional expert for Banner processes in the utility industry.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system exceptions and simulate problems to identify root causes.
• Provide technical solutions for various Banner processes.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with business and IT stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical tasks and workflows with offshore development teams.
• Support upgrade teams by providing techno-functional knowledge.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in the utility industry.
• Extensive knowledge of CIS, billing processes, and meter-to-cash.
• Hands-on experience with the Banner product.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle database technologies, including SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Unix shell scripting and ANSI SQL.
• Working knowledge of Automic job scheduler.
• Ability to create business requirements documents and functional specifications.
• Knowledge of Pro*C.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Forms for Banner.
