You will coordinate mock calls and training sessions for consultants while sourcing candidates to meet daily IT recruitment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule mock calls and training sessions for internal consultants.
• Source candidates actively to fulfill daily IT recruitment needs.
• Communicate with external clients to clarify requirements and expectations.
• Provide constructive feedback to consultants to improve their performance.
• Ensure attention to detail in all coordination tasks and client interactions.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in staffing or recruitment coordination.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with consultants and external clients.
• Ability to manage meeting schedules and coordinate multiple training sessions.
• Proficiency in understanding and translating client requirements.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Capability to deliver constructive feedback effectively.
• Any Graduate degree required.
