Description

You will architect and lead large-scale data migration programs, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to modern platforms like SAP IS-U and Kraken.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end data migration architecture, covering extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and audit controls.
• Design cohort-based migration strategies for phased execution and parallel-run readiness.
• Architect and oversee ETL processes using ABAP, SAP BODS, SQL profiling, and JSON transformations.
• Establish a canonical data model aligning SAP IS-U structures with domain models.
• Govern data quality frameworks to normalize historical anomalies and ensure safe validation before go-live.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale data migration, preferably in utilities or ERP environments.
• Deep expertise in SAP IS-U data structures and integration points.
• Proven experience working with the Kraken platform.
• Strong knowledge of ETL tools including ABAP, SAP BODS, and SQL-based profiling.
• Experience in cloud migration and modern data transformation frameworks.
• Expertise in canonical data model design and transformation rule mapping.
• Strong background in data quality governance and reconciliation framework design.
