You manage and maintain the Enviision call recording server environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Enviision call recording server.
• Manage user access by adding agents to the recording server.
• Administer user permissions, promoting privileges from Agent or Lead Agent to Supervisor.
• Assign and manage specific privileges for agent Supervisors.
• Revoke privileges for terminated agents to ensure security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with TAGGER.
• Knowledge of VOIP systems.
• Experience managing Enviision call recording server configurations.
• Ability to handle user privilege lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
