Description

Provide advanced technical support and expert-level troubleshooting for the Microsoft Power Platform environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues related to Power Automate, user management, and environment administration.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and analysis of recurring system errors, performance bottlenecks, and architectural integration points.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for deployment using Azure DevOps.
• Manage environment configurations, customizations, and complex security requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Power Platform and Dynamics development experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex platform architectures.
• Knowledge of Power Platform Solution Architect principles.
• Experience with platform administration, monitoring, and environment management.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with MB200, MB400, MB600PL, or MB600 certifications.
