Responsibilities

- Travel to client sites as required to support operations.

- 5+ years of professional experience in service or vendor management.
- Social Media Optimization (SMO) expertise.
- Proven team leadership and management capabilities.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Experience with IT security compliance and QA management.
- Ability to manage configuration and incident lifecycles.
