You will manage service and vendor operations for primary videoconferencing and integrated audio-visual systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service, configuration, and incident management processes for core systems.
  • Oversee IT security management, compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Lead and develop respectful, trusting relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Drive negotiation and communication efforts to maintain system standards.
  • Travel to client sites as required to support operations.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience in service or vendor management.
  • Social Media Optimization (SMO) expertise.
  • Proven team leadership and management capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
  • Experience with IT security compliance and QA management.
  • Ability to manage configuration and incident lifecycles.
  • Any graduate degree.
