Description

You will manage service and vendor operations for primary videoconferencing and integrated audio-visual systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service, configuration, and incident management processes for assigned systems.
  • Oversee IT security management, compliance, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Lead and develop trusting relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
  • Execute negotiation and presentation tasks to support system requirements.
  • Travel to client sites as required to support operations.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in service management or vendor management.
  • Direct experience with SMO (Service Management Office) functions.
  • Proven ability in IT security compliance and QA management.
  • Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
  • Experience managing videoconferencing and integrated audio-visual systems.
  • Any graduate degree.
