You will manage service and vendor operations for primary videoconferencing and integrated audio-visual systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage service, configuration, and incident management processes for assigned systems.
- Oversee IT security management, compliance, and quality assurance protocols.
- Lead and develop trusting relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
- Execute negotiation and presentation tasks to support system requirements.
- Travel to client sites as required to support operations.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in service management or vendor management.
- Direct experience with SMO (Service Management Office) functions.
- Proven ability in IT security compliance and QA management.
- Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
- Experience managing videoconferencing and integrated audio-visual systems.
- Any graduate degree.
