Description

You will provide technical support for data integration workflows and maintain system stability.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot integration issues within the SnapLogic environment.
  • Coordinate with L3 teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and resolution steps.
  • Support data engineering initiatives including legacy migration and pipeline modernization.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of experience as a Data Integration Support Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with SnapLogic.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies including Spark and Kafka.
  • Experience working with Data Lakes.
  • Knowledge of Delta Lake and pipeline modernization.
  • Any Graduate degree.
  • Strong communication skills for technical coordination.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Tableau.
