Description

You will provide technical support for data integration workflows and manage complex troubleshooting processes within the SnapLogic environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot integration issues within the SnapLogic environment.
• Coordinate with the L3 team to resolve complex technical problems.
• Create and maintain SOPs, including troubleshooting guides and resolution steps.
• Support data engineering initiatives such as legacy migration, Delta Lake, and pipeline modernization.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Integration Support Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with SnapLogic.
• Experience with Big Data technologies including Spark and Kafka.
• Experience working with Data Lakes.
• Degree in any graduate field.
• Strong communication skills for technical coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau.
