You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow scripting to meet business requirements.
• Configure and manage ITSM processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs.
• Maintain and optimize platform configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ITSM modules.
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations.
• Working knowledge of CMDB.
• Experience with SPM and ITIL frameworks.
• Ability to work within Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Oracle or SQL databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Asset, Discovery, and CSDM.
• Knowledge of HR Service Desk, Mid Servers, Apigee, and Java scripting.
