You will develop and maintain core ServiceNow functionality, integrations, and ITSM workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ITSM workflows and processes.
• Write and maintain ServiceNow scripts to automate platform tasks.
• Implement and manage REST API integrations.
• Support platform stability and core developer experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong proficiency in ITSM modules.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Apigee.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with Oracle or SQL.
• Understanding of SPM and ITIL frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Asset, Discovery, CSDM, and CMDB.
• Knowledge of HR Service Desk, Mid Servers, and ITIL.
