Description

You will develop, implement, customize, and configure complex ServiceNow solutions focused on Event Management and the Operator Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Design and modify the platform to extend ServiceNow capabilities.
• Build customized ServiceNow applications and reports.
• Refine business logic to maximize ServiceNow ROI.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the development cycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including ITSM, ITOM/ITAM modules and tables.
• Expertise in ACL, Glide, scripting, business rules, and client scripts.
• Experience in Scoped Application Development.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum development methods and Story Point development.
• Experience in Application release management in ServiceNow or CI/CD Release experience in a ServiceNow environment.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Active ServiceNow Certified Applications Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
