Description

You will design, build, and configure complex ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Event Management and the Operator Workspace.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and customize ServiceNow applications to extend platform capabilities.
• Build customized reports and refine business logic to maximize ROI.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and documentation throughout the development cycle.
• Handle application release management and CI/CD processes within ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Expertise in ACLs, Glide, scripting, business rules, and client scripts.
• Experience with Scoped Application Development.
• Active ServiceNow Certified Applications Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methods and story point estimation.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
