Description

You develop, implement, customize, and configure complex ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Event Management and the Operator Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Design and modify ServiceNow to extend platform capabilities based on stakeholder needs.
• Build customized ServiceNow applications and reports, refining business logic to maximize ROI.
• Apply software engineering techniques to develop and enhance team capabilities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years developing with ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM/ITAM modules and tables.
• Expertise in ACL, Glide, scripting, business rules, and client scripts.
• Experience with Scoped Application Development.
• 10+ years of total IT professional experience.
• Experience with Agile Scrum development methods and Story Point development.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow application release management or CI/CD in ServiceNow.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.

Preferred Skills

• Other ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience with the VA.
