Description

You will design and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on automated discovery, data federation, and CMDB optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions aligned with ITIL, ITSM, and ITOM best practices.
• Lead customization of Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB to automate incident creation.
• Build relationship mappings using Service Mapping, Hardware Asset, Virtual Agent, and Change modules.
• Oversee data migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy with out-of-the-box schemas.
• Manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems like Workday or Active Directory.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT, software development, or ServiceNow.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CMDB.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified ServiceNow Developer certifications.
• 2+ years of integration experience using SOAP, REST, JSON, JDBC, and file imports.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow core platform, including Security, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Deep knowledge of ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management).
• Experience with SAM, HAM, and Performance Analytics.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and ITOM frameworks.
