Description

You will manage and optimize Snowflake data warehouse environments, ensuring performance, security, and cost-efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Snowflake architecture, features, and daily operations.
• Monitor performance and manage costs within the Snowflake environment.
• Implement security controls including RBAC, data masking, and encryption.
• Integrate data using tools like Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory.
• Automate pipelines and workflows using CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Snowflake Administration or Data Warehouse management.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and query performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities: Snowpipe, Time Travel, Zero-Copy Cloning.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of data integration tools: Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices for data pipelines.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.

Preferred Skills

• Snowflake Certifications (e.g., SnowPro Core).
• Experience with data governance tools and frameworks.
• Exposure to large-scale dataset optimization.
