Description

You will manage the administration, security, and performance optimization of Snowflake environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage compute and storage resources across multiple organizational accounts.
• Implement best practices for load operations, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Enforce data governance using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), secure views, and dynamic data masking.
• Execute DDL and DML operations while managing transaction and concurrency models.
• Configure data replication for cross-account sharing and failover scenarios.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture and administrative tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Security protocols.
• Proficiency in implementing Dynamic Data Masking.
• Experience managing object access via Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Knowledge of Snowflake performance-tuning methodologies.
• Understanding of data replication and failover strategies.
• Ability to manage fundamental database objects through DDL operations.

Preferred Skills

• Utilize Time Travel and Cloning for recovery and agile development workflows.
