Description

You will manage and optimize the Snowflake data platform environment in Virginia, USA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage compute and storage aspects within the Snowflake architecture.
• Execute administrative tasks, including DDL operations on fundamental database objects.
• Implement data recovery and agile development using Time Travel and Cloning.
• Configure account-level replication to support failover scenarios.
• Support and deploy production systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake administration and architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing AWS Data Pipelines.
• Proficiency with AWS services including S3, Route53, Lambda, and Cloudwatch.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or any graduate degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Python programming experience.
• Experience with Keychain, HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, PingID, or Active Directory.
• Experience with Dremio and AWS Associate or Professional level certifications.
