Description

You will own the administration and optimization of the Snowflake data platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Snowflake operations, security, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain UNIX shell scripts for automation and system administration.
• Build and optimize data engineering pipelines using DBT.
• Write Python scripts for data processing and integration workflows.
• Configure and manage AWS data services including DMS, S3, Glue, and Lambda.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Snowflake Administrator or DBA.
• Active SnowPro certification required.
• Strong proficiency in UNIX administration and shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with DBT for data transformation.
• Proficient in Python programming for data engineering tasks.
• Experience with AWS services: DMS, S3, Glue, and Lambda.
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
