Design and maintain data integration solutions while leading small technical teams in Boston, MA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute data migrations from RDBMS to Snowflake cloud data warehouses.
• Implement Snowflake data modeling, ELT using Snowpipe, and stored procedures.
• Manage Snowflake resource monitors, RBAC controls, virtual warehouses, and query performance tuning.
• Build flexible, dynamic Power BI dashboards from database content.
• Communicate technical architecture and data strategy to business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture roles.
• Expertise in Snowflake data modeling and standard DWH/ETL concepts.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL and SQL analytics.
• Deep understanding of Snowflake SQL and Snowpipe.
• Experience with enterprise data management, including Data Governance, Data Lake, and Data Warehouse.
• Proven ability to lead small teams.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Power BI expertise for dashboarding.
