Description

You will design and deliver Snowflake-based data transformation projects for banking clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and build collaborative data solutions.
• Lead junior data engineers through code reviews, optimization training, and career mentorship.
• Enforce adherence to system architectural decisions and development standards across the team.
• Present alternative processes and technologies to the architectural review board to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate workflows between onshore and offshore team members to resolve technical blockers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data architecture.
• Proven track record delivering Snowflake-based data transformation projects.
• Deep domain experience in the banking industry.
• Experience managing and coordinating work between onshore and offshore teams.
• Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Strong capability in gathering requirements from business stakeholders.
