Description

You will design, build, and optimize enterprise data architectures on the Snowflake platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop enterprise data architecture concepts, standards, and evolutionary roadmaps for modern data platforms.
• Drive scope definition, requirements analysis, technical design, build, and production deployment for analytical platforms.
• Support data product delivery teams in developing cross-functional analytical solutions.
• Provide technical governance and expertise for cloud architectures, deployment, and operations.
• Ensure adherence to data governance best practices, including RBAC, networking, and cost management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT disciplines including technical architecture, application development, database management, or operations.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms, covering data modeling, performance optimization, and administration.
• Proven experience with end-to-end implementation of cloud data warehouses, specifically Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for scripting and building data transformation processes.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud system engineering principles and security/compliance requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Waterfall methodologies alongside Agile/Scrum.
