Description

You will design and implement scalable Snowflake data architectures to support payment processing, transaction analytics, and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop optimized data models for efficient ingestion and retrieval of payments data.
• Integrate Snowflake with payment processing systems including SWIFT, ACH, and SEPA.
• Optimize query performance, storage management, and resource utilization for high-volume transaction data.
• Implement data governance frameworks covering data quality, lineage, and metadata management.
• Design real-time or near-real-time processing solutions for transaction monitoring and fraud detection.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data warehousing and cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in Snowflake and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with ETL tools like Informatica or Talend.
• Deep understanding of payment processing systems (SWIFT, ACH, SEPA) and transaction data structures.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance including PCI-DSS, AML, and KYC.
• Experience designing high-performance architectures for large-scale data environments.

Preferred Skills

• Programming proficiency in Python or Java.
