Description

Design and implement scalable Snowflake data architectures for payment processing, transaction analytics, and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop optimized data models for payments data to ensure efficient ingestion, processing, and retrieval.
• Integrate Snowflake with payment systems including SWIFT, ACH, and SEPA.
• Optimize query performance, storage management, and resource allocation for high-volume transaction data.
• Implement data governance frameworks covering data quality, lineage, and metadata management.
• Design real-time or near-real-time processing solutions for fraud detection and transaction monitoring.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data warehousing and cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in Snowflake and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend.
• Deep domain knowledge of payment processing systems (SWIFT, ACH, SEPA).
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements including PCI-DSS, AML, and KYC.
• Experience designing high-performance architectures for large-scale transaction data.

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience with Python or Java.
