Description

Architect and implement large-scale distributed big data solutions and end-to-end data pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Big Data Lakes and Business Intelligence solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Build batch and near real-time data pipelines using the Hadoop ecosystem and streaming technologies.
• Execute data migrations from Cloudera and AWS Redshift to Snowflake.
• Perform performance tuning for compute-heavy workloads.
• Implement data quality, governance, and security protocols across all data architectures.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software architecture, solution architecture, or engineering leadership.
• Extensive experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools: HDFS, Hive, Spark, Scala, Sqoop, Kafka, and NiFi.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudera distributions.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proven track record of implementing Data Science projects.
• Experience managing real-time streaming technologies.
• Background in architecting distributed big data systems.
