Description

Design and manage production-grade Snowflake environments and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate Snowflake integration designs to support multiple business use cases.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for Snowflake infrastructure and code changes.
• Administer Snowflake environments, including pipes, warehouses, and user access controls.
• Automate data quality checks using Snowflake tasks and workflows.
• Integrate Snowflake with AWS, PowerBI, and UI applications.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Snowflake Architect in production environments.
• 5+ years of AWS Cloud experience in production environments.
• Deep understanding of Snowflake advanced capabilities, including Client Model deployment.
• Experience with Snowflake optimization: auto-clustering, warehouse management, and query plans.
• Strong SQL performance tuning skills.
• Proven leadership on medium to large-scale projects impacting strategic priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of software development experience, or 8+ years with a Master's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Snowflake certification.
• AWS Solutions Architect or Data and Analytics specialty certification.
• Experience with the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
