Description

You will design and implement Snowflake data platforms within an AWS environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement Snowflake data platform solutions using stored procedures, functions, tasks, and streams.
• Manage Snowflake features including Virtual Warehouses, micro-partitions, zero-copy cloning, and data sharing.
• Utilize Time Travel and caching to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical architectures and progress to leadership.
• Interface directly with clients to resolve technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Modernization.
• 5+ years of hands-on Snowflake data platform implementation.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with DBT and Fivetran.
• Strong grasp of Data Warehousing concepts and data models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced Data Modeling expertise.
• Insurance domain knowledge.
