Description

You will own the end-to-end data architecture, strategy, and implementation for the organization. Your work ensures data accessibility, accuracy, and security across internal and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organizational data strategies aligned with business processes and data model designs.
• Design, develop, and manage data warehouses and analytics systems using Snowflake, Synapse, and MongoDB.
• Define data flow and dissemination plans, identifying and integrating both internal and external data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth enterprise data system operations.
• Audit data management performance continuously and report security breaches or system loopholes immediately.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture and database development.
• Deep expertise with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
• Proficiency with Azure Synapse and MongoDB for big data solutions.
• Strong ability to design technical architectures and define data governance standards.
• Experience integrating technical functionality to ensure data security and accessibility.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end data solutions from design to implementation.
• Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and vendors effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with continuous performance auditing and remediation of data management systems.
