You will design and implement scalable data architectures and models within the Snowflake ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable data solutions using Snowflake.
• Lead migrations from legacy data warehouses to Snowflake.
• Define best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Implement security, data governance, and role-based access control.
• Monitor and optimize Snowflake performance and cost efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture or engineering roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Strong expertise in SQL and dimensional/normalized data modeling.
• Experience building ETL/ELT workloads using Snowpark and Snowflake SQL.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as dbt, Matillion, or Informatica.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of data masking and security standards in Snowflake.
• Experience with performance tuning and cost optimization.

Preferred Skills

• SnowPro Core or Advanced Architect certification.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Python, or Scala.
• Familiarity with Airflow, Prefect, Snowpipe, or data cataloging tools like Alation and Collibra.
