Description

You will design and implement scalable Snowflake data architectures, including databases, schemas, warehouses, and workload management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Materialized Views, clustering, and Time Travel.
• Build dimensional and normalized data models, including Medallion (Bronze-Silver-Gold) layers for scalable pipelines.
• Develop end-to-end transformations and automation using dbt and Python, orchestrated with Airflow.
• Implement CI/CD workflows and automated deployment practices, integrating Snowflake with enterprise systems and APIs.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of relevant experience, with at least 6 years dedicated to Snowflake architecture, implementation, and optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering and automation.
• Experience with dbt for transformations and Airflow for orchestration.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, including dimensional/normalized modeling and Medallion layers.
• Ability to troubleshoot, ensure pipeline reliability, and manage performance governance.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced SQL development and SQL-based data engineering practices.
