Description

You will design and implement scalable data architecture solutions using Snowflake. You will own the data modeling lifecycle, developing star schemas, snowflake schemas, and highly normalized models with Erwin. You will build and maintain data pipelines using Informatica and DataStage, ensuring data integrity and quality through effective profiling. You will leverage AWS services, including S3, Lambda, and Data Pipeline, to support data integration. You will optimize SQL queries and data warehouse performance for scalability. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions using Snowflake.
• Develop and maintain data models using Erwin, including star schemas, snowflake schemas, and highly normalized data models.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Informatica and DataStage.
• Optimize SQL queries and data warehouse performance for scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or data engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehouse architecture and implementation.
• Proficiency with Erwin for data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Informatica or DataStage.
• Good understanding of AWS cloud services related to data platforms (S3, Lambda, Data Pipeline).
• Strong SQL skills and experience optimizing queries in large-scale data environments.
• Experience working in data warehousing and big data environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing best practices in data governance and data architecture.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud data platforms.
