Description

Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions using Snowflake.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the data modeling lifecycle, developing star schemas, snowflake schemas, and normalized models with Erwin.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Informatica and DataStage, ensuring data integrity through profiling.
• Leverage AWS services including S3, Lambda, and Data Pipeline to support data integration.
• Optimize SQL queries and data warehouse performance for scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or data engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehouse architecture and implementation.
• Proficiency with Erwin for data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Informatica or DataStage.
• Good understanding of AWS cloud services related to data platforms (S3, Lambda, Data Pipeline).
• Strong SQL skills and experience optimizing queries in large-scale data environments.
• Experience working in data warehousing and big data environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing best practices in data governance and data architecture.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud data platforms.
