Description

You will design and implement scalable data solutions using Snowflake and Informatica Cloud, leading cloud migrations and ensuring data security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Snowflake cloud migrations from on-premises RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata) to Informatica.
• Implement data security and access controls, including RBAC policies, dynamic masking, and secured views.
• Resolve complex data pipeline issues and take ownership of technical closures.
• Lead architectural discussions and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years working for US companies in the US.
• 8+ years of experience with Snowflake and Informatica.
• SnowPro Core Certified Professional and recent Snowflake Certified Architect Certification.
• 4+ years of experience with Snowflake advanced concepts: resource monitors, virtual warehouse sizing, query performance tuning, zero-copy cloning, time travel, streams, and tasks.
• Expertise in Snowflake data modeling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, stored procedures, and Snowpark.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities: Copy Command from S3, SnowSQL, and SnowPipe.
• Recent experience in a banking environment (within the last 4 years, minimum 2 years total).
• Proficiency in complex SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Glue, PySpark Data Frame, DataStage, Matillion, or Informatica, and AWS S3.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS S3 integration and data lake architectures.
• Strong background in performance tuning for large-scale enterprise data warehouses.
