Description

Lead end-to-end implementation of Snowflake cloud and on-premise data warehouses.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Snowflake data models and ELT processes using Snowflake SQL.
• Develop complex stored procedures and manage data migrations from RDBMS to Snowflake.
• Build data pipelines using SnowSQL, SnowPipe, and Python-based Big Data techniques.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across infrastructure, platform, and application domains.
• Apply Agile development methodologies to deliver data warehouse and BI projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 3+ years specifically as a Snowflake Data Architect.
• 6+ years of experience in Data Warehouse, ETL, and BI projects.
• Expertise in Snowflake utilities, SnowSQL, and SnowPipe.
• Proficiency in RDBMS, complex SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix Shell Scripting.
• Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL data stores, including star and snowflake dimensional modelling.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data modelling using Python.
• Proven ability in performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse Architect.
