Description

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines on Snowflake using Python and advanced SQL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL/ELT processes for data transformation and warehousing.
• Develop Python scripts for data engineering tasks and automation.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for performance tuning.
• Manage data models and warehouse architecture standards.
• Utilize Git for version control and collaborate on code reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong proficiency with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Expert-level SQL development and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data engineering.
• Deep understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data modeling.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect.
• Familiarity with dbt for data transformation.
• Knowledge of PySpark and big data concepts.
